Celebrate the end of Art Week with an event of your choosing! Catch the Lantern Parade and Night Market on Friday or a Mosaic Scavenger Hunt on Saturday. If those aren't your speed, check out the full list of events here.

Get ready to "Paint the Town GREEN" at this annual celebration. The event features fun for the whole family, including live music, a carnival, lawn games, a parade and even fireworks.

Catch King Arthur, Lancelot and Guenevere right here in central Iowa. Presented by the Tallgrass Theater Company, "Camelot" features songs such as "If Ever I Would Leave You" and "The Lusty Month of May." This outdoor production promises to be legendary, just make sure to bring a chair or a picnic blanket to the show.

Another weekend, another opportunity to celebrate Pride Month in Des Moines. This grassroots event will feature free food and mocktails, local queer vendors, drag performances and more.
The event is sober and family-friendly, and masks are required.

Juneteenth might actually fall on Wednesday of next week, but it's never too early to celebrate. Enjoy live music, a pop-up art exhibition featuring local creatives and children's activities with Des Moines Public Library.
