If you can't get enough farmers' markets, you're in luck. The Indianola Downtown Farmers' Market opened last weekend and runs until Oct. 26. Find arts and crafts, fresh produce, baked goods and more at this small town event on the square.

Whether you're looking for shopping, art, music or food, this arts festival has everything you need. The Ankeny Art Center Arts Festival will feature art from 50 artists, live music and activities for kids and adults.

Join some of Des Moines most enthusiastic fans at the Menace's first home game of the season. The Menace will face off against Peoria City SC, marking the start of the team's 30th season.
