DES MOINES, Iowa — Get excited, country fans: An iconic duo is set to perform in Des Moines next year.
Brooks & Dunn will stop at Wells Fargo Arena as part of their "Neon Moon Tour" on Thursday, April 24.
The duo, made up of Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn, are known for hits such as "Boot Scootin' Boogie," "My Maria" and "Believe." The pair have amassed more album sales than any musical duo in history with more than 30 million albums sold.
Over the years, Brooks & Dunn have snagged 20 No. 1 hits, two GRAMMY awards and dozens of other honors. In honor of their influence on the genre, the duo was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2019.
The country stars will be joined in Des Moines by singer-songwriter David Lee Murphy, known for his hit single "Dust On the Bottle."
Brooks & Dunn are no strangers to central Iowa: Back in 2022, the duo performed at the Iowa State Fair, amassing a crowd of 15,074. Their performance had the biggest Grandstand audience of the year.
