Pop star P!nk has officially canceled her concert at Wells Fargo Arena amid ongoing health issues.

Previously, the Grammy award-winning artist postponed four shows from her Summer Carnival Tour, including an Oct. 24 stop in Des Moines.

While the shows were initially slated to be rescheduled, Hy-Vee Tix announced Thursday that the Des Moines concert was officially canceled and refunds will be issued to ticket holders.

In a video posted on Instagram, Pink apologized for the cancellation, saying she will soon undergo surgery for a torn bicep and two torn meniscus.

"I'm going to be the bionic woman and I'm going to come back stronger and harder than I have ever done, because that's what I do," she said in the video. "But I apologize, that's the reason I can't make up those shows, because I have a scheduled surgery that I desperately need. I've been in a lot of pain for many months."

In the Instagram caption, Pink said when she initially postponed the concerts, she couldn't even raise her right arm. Postponing the shows was meant to be "a small rest." However, with her first surgery coming up in just a week, and another set for nine weeks out, it became clear rescheduling was no longer an option.

"I always try to honor my commitments 1000%," Pink wrote in part. "I almost always make the mark, but that doesn’t mean much to a person that feels disappointed in me right now. I’m really sorry. I hope one day to make it up to you. And I thank you for wanting to spend your time with me."

Fans who purchased tickets through Hy-Vee Tix will receive a refund from the same source.

"No action is required from you to obtain your refund. It will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from event organizer, which is usually done within two weeks of cancellation," according to Hy-Vee Tix.

If tickets were purchased from a secondary site, fans will need to reach out to them for a refund. For tickets transferred to someone, the refund will go to the person who originally purchased the ticket.

Pink's Summer Carnival tour wrapped up with a Nov. 18 concert in Orlando, after the Nov. 23 Miami show was also canceled.
