Trans-Siberian Orchestra returns to Des Moines this November

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.

DES MOINES, Iowa — Christmas is coming early this year: The Trans-Siberian Orchestra will celebrate 20 years of their beloved rock opera "The Lost Christmas Eve" in Des Moines this November.

The Trans-Siberian Orchestra will perform "The Lost Christmas Eve" on Thursday, Nov. 14 at Wells Fargo Arena.

"The Lost Christmas Eve" is based on the band's CD of the same name. The story centers around a bitter businessman who decides to wander around New York City on Christmas Eve and encounters a mysterious girl who changes his life forever.

It's a grand return for "The Lost Christmas Eve", which was last performed in 2013. Fans can expect new and exciting features during the 2024 show, including pyrotechnics, lasers and more.

The concert in Des Moines is one of the first shows on the group's winter tour. This year, the Trans-Siberian Orchestra will surpass $20 million donated to charity as part of their commitment to philanthropy. The group donates $1 for every ticket sold.

Tickets go on sale Friday, Sept. 13 at 10 a.m. For more information, click here.
