Bernie's Birthday Bash takes place at Adventureland through the entire month of June. This spectacular event is designed for kids and families. This highly anticipated celebration features a delightful array of fun activities tailored for children of all ages, making it a perfect day out for the entire family. At the heart of the festivities is the opportunity to meet the one and only Bernie Bernard, the park's cherished mascot. Since the park's opening in 1974, Bernie Bernard has been a beloved figure, bringing smiles and creating cherished memories for generations of visitors. This June, Bernie's Birthday Bash offers a unique chance for kids to interact with Bernie.
Bernie Meet & Greets 12-5 p.m. every day starting June 14 at his new Doghouse near the Storm Chaser. Every Wednesday, Season Passholders can visit Main Street Creamery for one free scoop of Birthday Cake Ice Cream! Every Thursday, kids can participate in Bernie’s Golden Dog Bone Scavenger hunt with a chance to receive a free gift! At the end of the month, there are gate giveaways. The first 1,000 guests through the gate on June 28 will receive a free special edition popcorn bucket that can be refilled once daily at Fun Foods for the entire summer. Then, on June 29, the first 1,000 guests through the gate will receive a free Bernie Bobble Head.
