CARLISLE, Iowa — UPDATE (As of 3 p.m. on Sept. 7)
The man who robbed the First Interstate Bank in Carlisle was arrested in Minnesota, Carlisle police announced Saturday afternoon.
An arrest warrant for Kevin Jefferey Seay, 27, was obtained Friday evening after an investigation determined Seay was a suspect.
Authorities say he fled to Lakeville, Minn. and Carlisle PD contacted the Lakeville Police Department for help locating Seay.
Lakeville PD arrested Seay without incident.
He has been charged with 1st degree robbery, a class "B" felony.

Carlisle police have announced that the man suspected of robbing the Carlisle First Interstate Bank is 27-year-old Kevin Jeffrey Seay.
Seay was last known driving a 2016 gray Chevrolet Cruze with Iowa license plate LHS 472.
Authorities say that Seay is aware he is being searched for and should be considered armed and dangerous, so anyone with information on his location should call 911.

The Carlisle Police Department is asking the public for help locating a suspect who allegedly robbed the city's First Interstate Bank location Friday afternoon.
The robbery began at approximately 12:29 p.m. when a man entered the bank and slipped a note to a teller demanding they give him money.
Following this, he showed the teller what appeared to be a handgun in his waistband.
He then left the bank in an unknown direction with an unknown amount of money.
As a precautionary measure, Carlisle Community School District was placed on lockdown for about 30-45 minutes and notifications were sent out to local businesses and community members via the city's mass communication system.
The suspect is reported to be a white male last seen wearing eyeglasses, a light blue button up dress shirt and jeans with a white surgical mask.
