DES MOINES, Iowa — Des Moines police have arrested and charged a suspect in a fatal crash from last week.
On Monday, Oct. 21 around 3 p.m., police and fire personnel responded to a crash with injury in the parking lot of Hy-Vee at 2540 East Euclid Ave.
67-year-old Sheila Albert was found in critical condition before being transported to a hospital where she died a few days later, on Oct. 25.
35-year-old Jordan Allen has been charged with Involuntary Manslaughter, as police said the crash "could have been avoided."
