BOONE COUNTY, IOWA, Iowa — A man was found dead in a farm field in late September, according to the Boone County Sheriff's Office.
The deceased, identified as 52-year-old Arthur H. Chambers, was located by a farmer who owned the field.
The sheriff's office is still investigating and working to determine the circumstances surrounding Chambers' death.
The Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation and the Iowa Medical Examiner's Office are helping with the investigation.
