DES MOINES – It’s also that time of year to pull the covers off those classic cars in the garage.
On Sunday, the Cornerstone Community Credit Union held its fourth annual cool car show in the city. From old trucks to muscle cars, fans of old rides got quite a treat.
“It just really just humbles me of a small event that we thought of four years ago and the people that come out to really support the event and then the shriners who believe in the event enough when we approach them to be part of it,” said Jimmy Olsen, the founder of the event.
It costs $15 to register your car. Admission for guests was free.
