DES MOINES, Iowa — Hy-vee's downtown location is offering a new incentive when you shop at their downtown location. Free parking will now be offered to all shoppers.
When you shop at the 4th and Court Avenue location, keep your receipt. All transactions will have a QR code printed on it. That QR code will validate parking for customers when you enter your original ticket.
The following rates will apply for all others who park in the lot but do not shop at the Hy-Vee:
1-2 hours: $5
2-3 hours: $6
3-4 hours: $7
4-5 hours: $10
5-6 hours: $11
6-7 hours: $12
7-8 hours: $13
8-9 hours: $14
9-10 hours: $15
The day rate is $25.
