Shall the Board of Directors of the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Community School District in the Counties of Dallas and Madison, State of Iowa, be authorized to contract indebtedness and issue General Obligation Bonds in an amount not to exceed $58,000,000 to provide funds to construct, build, furnish, and equip a new high school building and improve the site; construct athletic complexes and sites for the new high school; renovate, remodel, repair, improve, furnish, and equip the DeSoto building, including demolition of the threestory portion of the building, and improve the site; and renovate, remodel, improve, furnish, and equip the current Middle/High School building?
Ankeny Community School District
Public Measure AN
Shall the Board of Directors of the Ankeny Community School District, in the County of Polk, State of Iowa, for the purpose of purchasing and improving grounds; constructing schoolhouses or buildings and opening roads to schoolhouses or buildings; purchasing of buildings; purchase, lease or lease-purchase of technology and equipment; paying debts contracted for the erection or construction of schoolhouses or buildings, not including interest on bonds; procuring or acquisition of libraries; repairing, remodeling, reconstructing, improving, or expanding the schoolhouses or buildings and additions to existing schoolhouses; expenditures for energy conservation; renting facilities under Chapter 28E; purchasing transportation equipment for transporting students; lease purchase option agreements for school buildings or equipment; purchasing equipment authorized by law; or for any purpose or purposes now or hereafter authorized by law, be authorized for a period of ten (10) years, to levy annually, a voter-approved physical plant and equipment property tax not to exceed One Dollar Thirty-four Cents ($1.34) per One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) of the assessed valuation of the taxable property within the school district commencing with the levy for collection in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, or each year thereafter?
Bondurant-Farrar Community School District
Bondurant-Farrar Community School District's $48 million general obligation bond would build a new elementary building, add a high school classroom and construct an athletic complex — including baseball/softball facilities and tennis/pickleball courts.

Johnston Community School District
North Polk Community School District
The North Polk Community School District is asking affected Polk County residents to vote on a referendum allowing the district to construct, build and furnish a new elementary building.
The $17 million general obligation bond would also fund a new Industrial Arts/Agriculture-FFA/Career and Technical Education building as well as a new athletic complex at the high school.
Other improvements would include West and Central Elementary classrooms.
Urbandale Community School District

Shall the Board of Directors of the Waukee Community School District in the County of Dallas, State of Iowa, be authorized to contract indebtedness and issue General Obligation Bonds in an amount not to exceed $180,000,000 to provide funds to build, furnish, and equip an auditorium/fine arts addition to Waukee High School, with related remodeling and site improvements, including repurposing the existing auditorium; and to improve the stadium, including track and field improvements; to build, furnish and equip a new elementary school facility; to build, furnish and equip a new auditorium at South Middle School, with related remodeling and site improvements; to build, furnish and equip a second operations and transportation facility; to build, furnish, and equip an addition to the District's offices, including related site improvements; to acquire land for District facilities; and to make improvements at the District's instructional facilities and sites?
