Ryan Bickel from the Blank Park Zoo joined us on Local 5 News Midday today with Rachel the ferret.
You may be wondering why she’s named Rachel, and yes, she is named after Rachel from the popular tv show “Friends.”
Coming up next Friday, May 20 the Blank Park Zoo wants you to help them celebrate their 50th anniversary with a Members Night! A special Curious George exhibit will be open up for the summer. The event begins at 5:30 pm and will run until 8:00 pm. Admission to the Curious George exhibit is free for Zoo members and included with regular admission purchased that night.
