WINDSOR HEIGHTS, Iowa — The City of Windsor Heights announced Thursday the postponement of it's firework show.
According to a press release from the city, due to a significant surge of cases in Polk County, the state of Iowa and nationwide, they made the difficult decision of canceling the show. The city says it does not want to create situations where exposure can occur.
The City of Windsor Heights says a later date will be announced on their website and social media platforms.
