EAGLE GROVE, Iowa — One man is dead after a shooting incident overnight in Eagle Grove, the police department said in a release.
Crews from the Eagle Grove Police Department and Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation responded to South Lucas Avenue just after 2:30 a.m. on Saturday. The shooting killed one adult man, according to police.
Law enforcement claims there is no ongoing threat to the public.
The deceased man's name has not yet been released.
