Two iconic venues in Perry are coming together.
Hotel Pattee has announced a merger with La Poste, a venue space built in 1914.
The two will team up for events such as weddings, business meetings and local entertainment.
“La Poste and the Hotel Pattee are two beautiful venues in Perry that have been committed to working together since my wife and I purchased the Hotel in March,” said Hotel Pattee Owner Tom Maxwell. “We couldn’t be happier to work closely with the Ladies of La Poste.”
The deal will be finalized Thursday.
“Colleen, Mary, and I felt very positive about working with Tom and approached him about acquiring La Poste,” said La Poste Co-owner Jenny Eklund. “We have put our hearts and soul into La Poste and know it will continue to get stronger with our association with the Hotel Pattee.”
La Poste and Hotel Pattee will work closely together in supporting events at both venues.
With the recent addition of Harvey’s at Hotel Pattee, La Poste will select Harvey’s as their preferred catering partner. Some clients will even use both venues in an attempt to create the perfect event.
“Working closely with the Ladies of La Poste is very exciting,” said Hotel Pattee Event Coordinator Hawn Wong. “Combining our locations and our staffs, we can offer so much to our mutual clients.”
