DES MOINES, Iowa — UPDATE, Nov. 16, 6:50 p.m.: Des Moines police announced a missing teenage girl has been found and is safe at home Saturday evening.
14-year-old Kiley Sporer has been reunited with her family after DMPD asked the public's help located her.
"Thank you to all who remained vigilant during her absence," officials said in a release.

The Des Moines Police Department is asking the public for help locating a missing endangered teen.
14-year-old Kiley Sporer reportedly left her Union Park neighborhood school on Nov. 11 before the end of the school day, and hasn't been seen since.
Sporer does not have access to her prescribed medication or her cell phone.
Police say Sporer is 5'5" and weighs 112 lbs. She is white with blue eyes and brown hair
Anyone with information regarding Sporer's location is asked to call 911.
