DES MOINES, Iowa — A person walking found an adult man dead on the ice at Birdland Marina Thursday morning, according to a spokesperson with the Des Moines Police Department.
DMPD said detectives are investigating the death and said there are no obvious indicators something criminal happened.
DMPD made it clear there is no threat to the general public.
