POLK CITY – Two vehicles stolen from the Polk City Public Works property sometime overnight Wednesday have been recovered.
According to the Polk City Police Department, the two Ford F-350 trucks were found northeast of the city around noon Friday.
An investigation into the theft is ongoing. The Polk City Police Department is asking anyone who may have seen the vehicles between 4 p.m. Oct. 28th and 6:30 a.m. Oct. 29th to call Sgt. Dustin Bjornson at 515-984-6565 or Detective Jeff Hinrichs at 515-286-3333 ext. 3867.
