Missing juvenile located 'safe and well', Story County Sheriff's Office says

ZEARING, Iowa — UPDATE: The Story County Sheriff's Office reports Grace Cerka was located at 9 a.m. Wednesday. 

"She is safe and well," Capt. Nicholas Lennie said in an email. "We would like to thank all of those who assisted with spreading the information."

The Story County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help locating a missing juvenile. 

Grace Cerka of Zearing, Iowa, was last seen at her residence around 4:40 p.m. on Tuesday. When she left, Cerka was wearing black pants, a black sweatshirt and black circle glasses. 

Deputies believe she is 5'7" and weighs around 150 pounds.
