A new study from Purdue University reports the number of grain bin entrapments and incidents in other confined spaces on U.S. farms is down to its lowest level in a decade.
In 2015, 47 confined space incidents were reported, down from 71 cases in 2014. Grain bin incidents remain most common in Midwest states.
Iowa was first on he list with eight grain bin or small space entrapment incidents last year.
