WAUKEE – The popular area research company Niche, has released their 2019 Best Places to Live rankings, with two Iowa towns making the top ten. Out of 6,802 suburbs, Waukee was ranked 6th and LeClaire was ranked 10th.
Waukee rose to #6 by excelling in factors such as diversity, local housing, cost of living, area public schools and walkability. The analysis goes through more than 18,000 communities nationwide, combining statistical data and millions of resident reviews.
