CLIVE, Iowa — Another Iowa Lottery winner will be taking home $25,000 a year for life.

The most recent Lucky for Life ticket was sold at Kum & Go, 3105 Grand Prairie Pkwy in Waukee, according to the Lottery. The winner, who remains unknown, has 180 days past Sunday's drawing to claim their prize at lottery headquarters in Clive.

Since the $2 game debuted in January 2016, there have only been 23 big winners. The Iowa Lottery said a "big win" is one of the game's top two prizes: Either $1,000 a day for life or $25,000 a year for life. The prizes can be paid out in lump sums instead if the winner chooses.

Sunday's winning Lucky for Life numbers were: 9-12-22-36-45 and Lucky Ball 3.

The Kum & Go that sold the winning ticket will receive a $500 bonus.

The last two Lucky for Life winners include a Des Moines man who won the top prize of $1,000 a day for life but chose a lump sum payout, and another Des Moines man who won the secondary prize of $25,000 a year for life.
