DES MOINES, Iowa — Registered Republicans in Iowa can now pin down their 2024 caucus location.
The Republican Party of Iowa released a full list, organized by county and precinct, on Friday.
"I'm proud of our party staff, our county leaders, and our dedicated volunteers across all 99 counties of our state for their continued service for our state, country, and democracy," Republican Party of Iowa Chairman Jeff Kaufmann said in a statement.
Democratic voters will caucus via a mail-in presidential preference ballot in 2024, with "traditional party business" taking place on Monday, Jan. 15 as usual.
What do I need to bring to caucus?
To participate in the 2024 Iowa Republican caucus, you must be a registered Republican in the state.
You'll need a valid form of ID to caucus. Here's what'll be accepted at your satellite location:
- Iowa Voter Identification Card
- Iowa Driver’s License
- Iowa Non-Operator ID
- U.S. Military ID or Veteran ID
- U.S. Passport
- Tribal ID Card/Document
You can also register to vote at the location on the night of, but you'll need a valid form of ID and a proof of address — including leases, bills, bank statements, paychecks and more.
When is the 2024 Republican caucus in Iowa?
Iowa's Republican caucuses begin at 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 15, 2024, so it's imperative to get there early to make sure your vote is considered.
Where can I caucus in Iowa?
Iowa caucus locations can be anything from a high school gym, local church, community center or your neighbor's house.
You'll need to know which county you're registered to vote in as well as your precinct before caucus night.
