AMES, Iowa — Iowa State men's basketball will face off against Auburn in the first round of the Maui Invitational on Monday, Nov. 25.

Iowa State last played Auburn back in 2020. The Cyclones are 2-2 all-time against the team. With a win, Iowa State would advance to the semifinal game on Tuesday, Nov. 26.
This will be the third time Iowa State participates in the Maui Invitational, following appearances in 1990 and 2018.
After a successful 2023-2024 season that culminated in a Sweet 16 appearance, the Cyclones will open up a tough upcoming regular season schedule at home on Nov. 4 against Mississippi Valley State.
