CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — Football teams have descended onto the UNI-Dome as part of the 2024 IHSAA state football playoffs to crown the best high school football teams in the state.
Semifinal games were last week, and championship matchups are Thursday, Nov. 21 and Friday, Nov. 22.
The UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls has hosted the high school football semifinals since 1998, and the finals since 1976.
Playoff tickets can be purchased online or in person for $12.50. Doors open one hour before game time. Starting this year, the UNI-Dome has implemented a clear bag policy.
Fans can bring in clear bags made out of plastic, vinyl or PVC and are no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Small bags that are not clear can be brought in if they are smaller than 4.5" x 6.5".
