DES MOINES, Iowa — Brock Purdy may not have won a Super Bowl ring this year, but he secured a ring of his own this past weekend.
That's right: "Mr. Irrelevant" is officially a married man. The 49ers quarterback and Iowa State alum married Jenna Brandt in Des Moines.
"Best day of our lives," Jenna wrote on Instagram. "I get to call my best friend my HUSBAND for forever and ever!!!!"
The couple kicked off wedding festivities with a welcome party at Hotel Fort Des Moines. Then, on Saturday, March 9, the Purdys tied the knot at Plymouth Church, before hosting a reception at The River Center.
Ivory and Bliss, a Cedar Rapids-based photography company, posted plenty of photos of the happy couple. In addition, event planning company White Willow Events helped with some of the finer details behind the scenes.
"It was such an honor to be a part of Brock [and] Jenna Purdy's wedding day this past weekend," Ivory and Bliss wrote on Instagram. "The day was filled with SO much love and it was so beautiful to witness."
Brock and Jenna both attended Iowa State, where Brock played football and Jenna played volleyball.
Jenna eventually transferred to the University of Northern Iowa in December of 2020. The pair made their relationship "Instagram official" in November of 2022, before getting engaged in July of 2023.
Congrats, Mr. and Mrs. Purdy!
