INDIANAPOLIS — A total of 321 prospects were invited to participate in drills and interviews with NFL team officials at the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine.
All events are taking place at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. It serves as a precursor to the 2024 NFL Draft, which is April 25-27 in Detroit.
Last year, players like Jack Campbell, Lukas Van Ness and Will McDonald IV participated before becoming first-round draft selections.
Below is a daily recap of what the prospects are saying and how they are testing:
DB, Iowa

Thursday, Feb. 29: Podium press availability
- Says he has had "about 20 formal meetings" with NFL teams so far
- On positional flexibility: "I've talked to a few teams, yeah, about just moving around, you know, being able to play multiple different positions and I think that's an advantage. You know, coming into this league, being able to play wherever they put me ... doesn't matter to me to be honest. I'll play anywhere. I just want to play ball."
- Who was his toughest defensive assignment in college? "Marvin Harrison [Jr.], to be honest. I think that name speaks for itself, everybody knows what he's about. He's a great receiver."
- On recovering from the leg injury that ended his final season at Iowa: "I just started running full speed last week. So I haven't been able to train like I'd want to, you know, to be able to put the full thing on display."
