BLACK HAWK COUNTY, Iowa — The Iowa State Patrol says a UTV crash Monday afternoon killed a Cedar Falls man.

Around 2:20 p.m. at West Cedar Road and North Union Road in Black Hawk County, ISP said a UTV driven by Andrew Eric Clark, 56, was headed north on North Union Road before failing to yield and turning left in front of the second vehicle.

The second vehicle, driven by a 41-year-old male from Ryan, Iowa, was headed south on Union Road before Clark made his fatal left turn.

Both vehicles came to rest in the southwest ditch where Clark's UTV caught fire.

The driver of the second vehicle was injured in the crash, according to State Patrol.
