JASPER COUNTY, Iowa — Two people are dead following a head-on collision in Jasper County, according to an Iowa State Patrol crash report.
21-year-old Blonca Saint-Louis of Des Moines was driving south in the northbound lanes of Highway 330 near Mile Marker 3.55 when she struck an oncoming car at around 10:40 p.m. Monday.
Saint-Louis and the other driver, 19-year-old Mackenzie Guilliams of Clinton, were killed on impact.
