Iowa is still reeling from the powerful derecho that hit the state on Monday. Aug. 10, with winds eclipsing 100 miles per hour in many areas.

According to the National Weather Service, peak winds may have reached 140 mph at the Westdale Court Apartments in southwest Cedar Rapids.

But what do you do if you still don't have power? And how can you get help to those in need?

Local 5's Sabrina Ahmed hosts "Real Answers: The Derecho Disaster" at 5 p.m., a town hall to get your questions about the storm answered.

Panelists include:

  • Scott Drzycimski — Director of Customer Communications & Economic Development, Alliant Energy
