IOWA, USA — It was a wet end to Mother's Day for some and that rain has expanded into Monday morning.
Rain totals have largely stayed below 0.50", but there was an isolated report just southwest of Indianola of 3.2".
Scattered showers shift southeast Monday afternoon as a cold front drops in. There may be an isolated rumble of thunder, but nothing severe is expected. Widespread 1-1.5" of rain is possible to the south, while areas north along Highway 20 can expect to stay at or below 0.10".
